I have played music in the “Fake” New Orleans (N.O. of Disneyland) for nearly 30 years.  While I played my share of Dixieland music, I also got a chance to play some funky New Orleans inspired grooves.  Here are 18 transcriptions of my favorites!

Zoro's "We Want the Funk!"

Zoro is a hero of mine not only for his drumming, but also because he does his homework!  For this set of 23 groove transcriptions, I did my homework too – I included his transcriptions from the orignal poster released circa 2007, and then show my work (interpretation), along with some additional sections of the songs that I also wanted to learn/teach.
